The Polish Centre for Sculpture in Orońsko  and Oppland County Authority  have during 2009 joined in a Partnership, and received a grant from the Cultural Exchange Fund. The Partners have submitted a proposal for a new artistic project in Poland including the same artists and main idea as in UT-21.

HC Gilje has withdrawn from the project, due to other obligations. On the Norwegian side Hilde Aagaard has replaced him and as a new artist Edvine Larssen has been invited. On the Polish side, Jan S. Wojciechowski will continue as a curator and will also participate as an artist. This means that there will be 16 artists in all (actually 18 persons as two of the artists consist of two persons: Kurak/Skorwider and Golec/Czekalska).

Hilde Aagaard, born 1958, is educated at Statens Kunstakademi in Oslo, painting department (1989- 1993), BFA, State Academy in Athens- sculpture  department (1993-1994), Chelsea College of Arts and Design, mixed media. MFA, London (1998 – 1999)

Hilde Aagaard is based in Lillehammer, Norway. Her practice includes installation, photography, artists’ books, performance and happenings. She examines issues of temporality, flux, memory and existence. She had recently her fourth solo show; Blind Mountain at Ileana Tounta Centre of Contemporary Arts, Athens, as well as she participated at Athens Art Fair with her editioner Eleni Saraglou, Cube Editions and at reMap2 in Athens.  She has recently as well realized two major projects involving and relating to children in Oppland County. For the time being she is working on a site specific sculpture in her own city, The Wall of Sorrow/ The Wall of Joy, as well as preparing for an exhibition, The Other Land, curated by Anna Sunila at Lønnstrøm Artmuseum in Finland. She will as well be represented in the Carte Letterarie by Saverio Dodaro, Astragali Editions in Italy the coming year, among others.

Her work is represented in major collections in Japan, Italy and Greece.

Edvine Larssen, born 1977, is educated at Kingston University in London (Ba.H), The Art Academy in Trondheim (MFA) and at CCA Kitakyushu in Japan. She mainly works with installations and sculpture. Edvine Larssen was cofounder of Marienborg Studio Community in Trondheim (Marienborg atelierfellesskap) 2005 - 2009. In 2009 she was invited to the Studio Programme W17 at Kunstnernes Hus in Oslo, where she worked for 4 months. She has a solo exhibition in the main exhibition space at Kunstnernes Hus in November.  She grew up in Northern Norway and currently lives in Trondheim .

The project has been titled: “Outside in – inside out” and will take place in Orońsko in Poland from September 5th till 21st 2010, the last two days comprising an open conference. As in UT-21 the artistic approach will be temporary works and interventions in the urban space and not traditional art made for the Museums and Galleries. The artists have already met in Poland during three days from October 4th till 7th. The geographical research included not only the Centre in Orońsko (120 km south of Warsaw), but the neighbouring town of Szydłowiec and the city of Radom as well.

The art works in UT-21 are all history now, except for two works in the forest at Kvitmannsberget in Lillehammer: Egil Martins Kurdøl’s ”Sweet oblivion” and Anna Widén’s ”Trophy II”. But all the works from UT-21 are available in the catalogue.
